LevelTwo Nightclub is seeking a qualified and welcoming Coat Check Attendant. As the first point of contact for our patrons, you will play a vital role in setting a positive and energetic tone for their evening. We are looking for an outgoing, upbeat candidate with excellent customer service skills.

Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival while scanning their ID's, processing tickets & ticket payment, and checking guest coats, bags, etc.
Keep accurate records of checked items using designated systems or manual logs
Retrieve coats efficiently upon guest departure, ensuring a smooth exit process
Provide information about venue amenities or event details as needed
Handle cash transactions accurately for coat check services (if applicable)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coat check area throughout shifts




Assist with guest inquiries and provide friendly, skilled guest services
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience

Skills
Confident and positive customer service skills with a welcoming demeanour
SIR an asset
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities to interact confidently with guests.
Ability to handle cash handling and patron inventory responsibilities accurately
Ability to remain calm and qualified in busy or high-pressure situations
Attention to detail for record keeping and organization of checked items

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
