Job Summary

We’re looking for a coach who knows how to run a room, connect with people, and deliver world-class classes every time. You’ll lead group sessions, help members move better and get stronger, and support our Head Coach in building the best hour of every member’s day.

Duties
Coach CrossFit and HYROX group classes (5–18 athletes per class)
Lead Foundations (intro) sessions for recent members
Provide scaling options, cue movement effectively, and maintain safety standards
Participate in ongoing coach development and team meetings
Contribute to member events and the gym’s community culture

Experience
Certification as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer or higher is required.
1+ year group coaching experience preferred
Current CPR/AED certification
Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Strong knowledge of functional movements,



strength training, and conditioning techniques.
Knowledge of HYROX and the ability to teach these classes if needed
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.

Compensation
$28–$38 per group class (based on experience)
$40/hr for Foundations (1-on-1 PT)
Free membership and access to open gym
Ongoing education, mentorship, and advancement opportunities

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
