Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Set up breakfast buffet stations, restock items promptly, and maintain cleanliness throughout service
Greet guests with enthusiasm, provide excellent customer service, and address any special requests or dietary needs
Maintain food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Clean and organize dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth breakfast service operations from start to finish
Skills
Must have a valid Food Safe Level 1
Previous food service experience preferred; familiarity with breakfast or restaurant settings is a plus
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously
Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
Ability to maintain cleanliness standards through regular cleaning routines
Experience with meal preparation and food safety regulations
Hospitality background or hotel experience is advantageous; barista experience is a bonus
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
