Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a lively, engaging manner.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, card, and digital payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
Conduct product demos when applicable to highlight features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling.
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products and displays to attract customer attention.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering product recommendations.
Manage time effectively to handle high-volume transactions efficiently during busy periods.
Demonstrate strong communication skills,



including phone etiquette, to assist customers both in-store and over the phone.

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, making change, and balancing registers accurately.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to create positive interactions with shoppers.
Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends, with good time management.
Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising practices is advantageous.
