ENJOY DENTAL in EDMONTON NW is looking for F/T Dental Administrator with Front Desk experience

Hours : Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 11 am - 7:30 pm & all Sat 9:30 am- 4:30 pm

We are looking for a candidate who makes patients feel welcome before they sit down Who is the face of our dental clinic , setting the warm, friendly & welcome tone for the patient experience . Organized & detail-oriented, dependable, who takes pride in her work and brings positive energy every day & supportive to our collaborative team in delivering exceptional patient care

Responsibilities:

-Welcome patients with warmth & professionalism
Schedule appointments, recalls & keep the daily schedule running smoothly.

-Answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries with care & tact.

-Handle incoming and outgoing Email and correspondence timely.

-Processing insurance claims, invoice & patient payments accurately

Provide administrative support to the clinical staff and management team
Send referrals & predetermination accurately+ insurance verification timely




Maintain patient records with accuracy in electronic dental records
Manage office supplies and inventory

Experience:
Dental office experience is an asset.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel )
Familiarity with dental office software systems i.e. AKITU ONE
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Solid communication skills with naturally warm & patient- facing mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
