TeePrintHouse is a custom apparel company based in Markham, specializing in DTF printing and embroidery. We serve businesses, schools, teams, and organizations across Canada.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and organized team member to join our growing business.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online.

Assist customers with product selection, quotes, and orders.

Follow up with customers and coordinate with our production team.

Support daily sales and office operations.

Requirements

Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written English; spoken Mandarin).

Previous customer service experience.





Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable using computers and basic office software.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Nice to Have

Sales or custom apparel industry experience.

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

Experience with social media or simple photo/video editing.
