As a Returns & Warranty Associate, you are an integral part of our team. Through communication and relationship building with our customers, vendors, and staff, you will effectively complete the administration of our warranty & returns procedures.

What you'll do:
Facilitate customer/vendor interactions daily.
Accurately create/process all warranty claims and returns in a timely manner through a variety of formats.
Investigation/resolution and dispute claim rejections as required.
Process all RGA’s and create/ track shipping of warranty products.
Process all equipment/product registration and customer forms as required.
Prepare and post monthly activity reports to management/accounting.
Reporting on open work orders.
Data file maintenance/management.
Forklift operation

What you bring:
Previous experience in working in the customer service field.
A Full Class 5 valid Alberta Driver's License with clean abstract
Ability to lift-up to 40 lbs. as required.
Solid desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.




Solid attention to detail and highly organized with positive time management and problem-solving skills.
Positive team player with a willingness to complete a variety of tasks that could change by the requirements of day-to-day priorities.
