Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, packing, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with hands-on warehouse work and can accurately use and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for basic inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare, label, and organize packages for courier pickup.
Stack, sort, and organize boxes and warehouse materials.
Receive incoming inventory and place items in designated locations.
Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets for inventory records, stock movements, and basic tracking.
Assist with basic inventory control and verify quantities when receiving or shipping goods.
Keep the warehouse clean, protected,



and organized.

Qualifications
Ability to use and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is required.
Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, or inventory experience is an asset.
Reliable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
Comfortable with physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving boxes.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule & Pay

Work hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Pay: $18.00 per hour
