Job Summary

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the Micros POS system to process customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with precision.
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth kitchen operations.




Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed to support continuous food preparation.
Uphold high standards of sanitation and safety in both front-of-house and kitchen environments.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms, is a plus.
Demonstrated ability in food preparation, handling cash, and delivering excellent customer service.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
Experience in cashiering or cash handling ensures accuracy in transactions.
Basic math skills for calculating bills, change, and upselling opportunities are essential.
