Responsibilities
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
Engage children in educational activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and nap times to ensure comfort and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning duties related to childcare
Support children with disabilities or special needs by providing compassionate caregiving tailored to individual requirements
Encourage positive behavior through guidance, patience, and constructive communication
Plan age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and physical activity while ensuring safety at all times
Skills
Proven experience working with children across various age groups in a caregiving or educational setting
Ability to cook straightforward meals and prepare snacks that meet nutritional standards
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Strong cleaning skills to maintain a tidy, safe environment for children
Excellent teaching abilities to foster learning through play and structured activities
Compassionate caregiving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
Reliable communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers
