The role of support staff is an entry-level position. Individuals are cross-trained in areas of host, and bussing depending on areas of inclination, prior work experience, and skill set to match their strengths. Candidates must be able to multi-task. Computer skills are valued as you will be working with the SevenRooms reservation system and Silverware POS. Valuable communication skills are also a necessity as you will be dealing with guests, answering phones, and facilitating takeout and delivery orders.

Smart serve training are required of all front-of-house employees as we have an extensive wine list and will train for barback to assist service and assist in answering guest questions as well as helping servers.
