As maintenance technician for Midsteel Mechanical, you will mainly be servicing and repairing, fancoils, heat pumps, ptacs, HRV in high-rise, multiple residential buildings throughout the GTA

Workers Responsibilities:

-Perform routine preventative maintenance.

-Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacement parts on heat pump Fan Coils, HRVs and PTACs.

-Respond to emergency service requests

-troubleshoot components to determine the necessary repairs.

-Repair or replace worn or defective parts

Job Requirements

Previous high-rise experience

Previous experience, working with vertical Fan Coils, Ptac‘s, heat pumps and fans.

Must hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving abstract.





Strong, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Solid written, and verbal English communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Valuable communication skills
