Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Support cooking staff by ensuring all ingredients are ready for service during busy hours
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling and storage of food items
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation for service

Skills
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and meal assembly processes
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools used in food prep

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
