Sky Blue Water Inc. is a Bottling Company that produces and manages private label bottled water programs for many large retail customers. Our bottling operation has an opening for a full-time QA Technician working 8 hours per day on rotating shifts of either day, evening or overnight.

Job duties:
Start and/or stop the production line.
Perform sanitation duties and pre-operational inspections.
Perform QC monitoring during production periods.
Collect samples to perform microbiological, chemical, and organoleptic analysis.
Perform equipment calibrations.
Perform food safety and quality systems verifications and inspection.
Accurately record results.
Maintain retention sample inventory.
Maintain a clean and secure work workplace.
Assist operators with daily production.
Other duties as assigned.

Competencies and qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment.




Have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
Ability to work as a team and independently.
Previous working in food manufacturing or lab experience would be an asset.
Working proficiency with MS Office applications.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Must possess and maintain a valid Manitoba class 5 driver's licence.
Must be able and willing to work various hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 kgs.
