Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. This role involves preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. The Line Cook will work in a quick-paced environment, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards while supporting the overall operations of the kitchen.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils regularly
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation before serving




Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold food safety standards
Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
