Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and experience with industrial maintenance practices. Candidates with experience in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and low voltage systems will find this position particularly suitable. Responsibilities
Install, align, dismantle, repair, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and schematics.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams related to mechanical and electrical systems.
Conduct electrical work including low voltage systems and industrial electrician tasks as needed.
Diagnose mechanical failures using analysis skills and implement effective solutions promptly.




Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies; promote a protected working workplace.

Experience
Proven experience as a Millwright or in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
Solid mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience including low voltage systems.
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
Experience working with schematics, blueprints, and industrial electrical systems.
Knowledge of analysis skills for troubleshooting complex machinery issues efficiently.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately in English language.
Prior customer service experience is a plus for effective communication across departments.
