Duties
Early morning start time at 3 a.m., sometimes earlier
Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
Decorate cakes and desserts with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
Follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and hygiene standards
Package baked items attractively for display or takeout orders
Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen, supporting overall bakery operations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations,



baking equipment, and storage areas throughout shifts

Experience
Previous experience working in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Experience with food preparation, cooking, and baking processes
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and baking tools used in professional settings
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high standards of quality
