Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and productive Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of food from the kitchen to guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining setting, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
Deliver prepared food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
Assist servers by refilling drinks and clearing plates as needed
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, including wiping down surfaces and organizing utensils and condiments
Support kitchen staff with food handling and basic cleaning tasks to uphold health and safety standards
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely service




Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service throughout their dining experience
Help with setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after shifts as required

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
Robust communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and basic cleaning practices
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and skilled demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes safely
Kitchen experience or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory
Familiarity with the food industry, serving protocols, and hospitality standards is advantageous
