Responsibilities
Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Assist with food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs and kitchen staff
Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety regulations and quality standards
Keep the kitchen area tidy by sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, and organizing supplies
Support food service operations by setting up dining areas and assisting with basic serving tasks when needed




Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and accidents
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow during busy service periods

Skills
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation practices in a food service environment
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to hygiene standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a rapid-paced setting
