We are seeking a skilled, reliable Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and oral hygiene services to our clients, promoting their overall dental health. We are looking for someone part time to start with an increase of hours starting December.

Office Hours 8:00 am - 5pm Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, and polishing teeth.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Take digital dental x-rays
Maintain accurate patient records
Administer fluoride treatment
Assess Clients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment, Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Stay current with dental hygiene protocols and advancements.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure optimal client care.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program




Registered with the CDHO and in good standing
Proficiency in Dentrix software is a plus
Solid customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
Robust attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of client care
Current CPR and First Aid, and Public Health IPAC
