Afternoon Shift 3:30PM to 11:30PM

We are seeking a dedicated Food Sanitation/ Cleaner to join our hospitality team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety within our food service environment. This role is vital in maintaining a hygienic and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. The ideal candidate will possess a robust work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in cleaning within restaurant, kitchen, or hotel settings. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen areas, dining spaces, and food preparation zones to meet health and safety standards.
Sanitize all surfaces, utensils, equipment, and appliances regularly to prevent contamination.
Assist with basic food handling tasks under supervision, including proper storage and disposal of food items.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and fixtures through sweeping, mopping, and detailed cleaning procedures.
Support kitchen staff by organizing cleaning supplies and ensuring availability of sanitation materials.
Follow established protocols for waste disposal and pest control measures.




Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company sanitation policies at all times.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
Participate in routine cleaning schedules to uphold a consistently clean environment.

Experience
Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality cleaning roles preferred.
Familiarity with food preparation areas and sanitation practices within kitchens or food service environments.
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures is advantageous.
Experience working in fast-paced settings with attention to detail is highly valued.
Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines diligently.
