We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Part time Facilities Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of interior and exterior maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks across residential properties including high-rise and low-rise apartment buildings, townhouses, duplexes, and single-family homes. Some work may also include vacant lots and light commercial properties.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Repairs & Maintenance

Including but not limited to:
Doors and door frames
Windows and window frames
Handrails
Trim and baseboards
Drywall repair and/or replacement




Ceiling repair and/or replacement
Insulation work
Minor structural repairs

Exterior Repairs & Maintenance

Including but not limited to:
Fences and gates
Decks, balconies, and railings
Curbs and barriers
Walkways and stairways
Driveways
Siding
Minor landscaping repairs or modifications
Exterior door and window repairs to maintain building security
Minor eavestrough and soffit repairs
Exterior stair repairs to match existing structures
Minor structural repairs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
