Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate or assemble components
Operate welding equipment including MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welders to join metal parts securely
Use plasma cutters, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and calipers for cutting, shaping, bending, and measuring materials
Perform rigging tasks for lifting and positioning heavy components using forklifts safely
Conduct machining tasks on equipment such as lathes or mills to achieve precise dimensions
Assemble ductwork or structural components following detailed schematics and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements
Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG),



fabrication or machining
Mechanical knowledge including understanding of schematics, blueprint reading, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, forklifts, cranes, and other manufacturing equipment safely
Familiarity with rigging techniques and crane operation is a plus
Knowledge of welding safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Solid attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination for precise fabrication tasks
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and perform manual labor as needed

Pay: $20.52-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
