Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical background.

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
Coordinate daily tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
Fabricate parts as needed using welding techniques and other fabrication methods.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Work with logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Skills
Robust knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.




Experience in welding and fabricating parts for machinery or equipment.
Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance tasks efficiently.
Proficient in English for effective communication within the team and with other departments.

Job Requirements
Must be physically fit, as lifting and mobility is required
Must have steel toe boots, hi visibility work wear and own tools
Must have own reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to respond after hours to breakdowns at the plant
Must have previous maintenance related experience
