Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and dining spaces in accordance with sanitation standards
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing attentive guest services




Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Experience with food handling, food safety, and food preparation is advantageous
Familiarity with the food industry, restaurant operations, and guest services is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.95-$26.68 per hour
