Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and contractual requirements are met.
Review drawings, scopes, change orders, and project documentation.
Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and cost concerns.

Qualifications
5+ years of construction project management experience.
Experience managing multifamily, apartment, condominium, or residential construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting,



and contract administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
