Marketing Coordinator

Full time | Monday to Friday
Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 per year

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives while providing professional reception and administrative support. This role works closely with sales and operations teams and offers a excellent mix of marketing, customer service, and office administration.

Marketing
Manage and monitor social media content and campaigns.
Create marketing materials, product content, and promotions.
Maintain website and online store content.
Assist with product launches, trade shows, and special events.
Track campaign performance and identify marketing opportunities.
Coordinate with designers, printers, suppliers, and other partners.

Reception & Administration
Welcome visitors and provide front-line reception support.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Perform general office administration and filing.
Support sales and management teams with administrative tasks.
Assist with purchasing, vendor communications,



and project coordination.

Qualifications
Experience in marketing, communications, reception, or office administration.
Robust social media and digital marketing skills.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
Experience updating website content.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience in the food, agriculture, or meat industry is an asset.
