We are looking for a full time experienced and energetic Dental Receptionist to join our growing Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and seeking a long-term career in a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients in a warm and skilled manner.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled front desk area.

Qualifications:
Previous 5 years of dental front desk or reception experience is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.




Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office is an asset.
Reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term position.
