Duties
Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or manual methods
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
Support food preparation activities by providing clean equipment and utensils as needed
Monitor dishwashing equipment for proper operation; report any malfunctions promptly




Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage high-volume periods efficiently during busy service times

Experience
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Familiarity with cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling practices is a plus
Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes, is advantageous
Experience working in hotels or food service establishments enhances your ability to thrive in this role
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workspace are essential
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
