Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receiving process in a warehouse setting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling incoming shipments. Duties - Coordinate and oversee the receiving of goods, verifying items received against purchase orders - Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to management - Organize and maintain inventory storage areas - Utilize warehouse management systems to track and document incoming shipments - Operate forklifts, reach trucks,



and order pickers to move and store materials - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment - Assist in e-commerce order processing and distribution tasks Qualifications - Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse distribution preferred - Proficiency in basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation - Knowledge of operating reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers - Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus - Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, team members, and other departments
