Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Marketing Coordinator with a strong understanding of finance, investment products, and financial markets to manage website and social media content, create promotional materials, and coordinate company events.

Key Responsibilities
Publish and maintain company website content.
Manage social media accounts, including Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and LinkedIn.
Design and produce company posters, brochures, presentations,



and other promotional materials.
Plan and coordinate client seminars, company events, and activities.
Ensure marketing materials follow company branding and receive required internal approvals.
Provide general administrative support, including maintaining employee records and coordinating routine HR processes.

Qualifications
Relevant experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
Robust knowledge of finance, investment products, and financial markets is required, with the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year
