Responsibilities
Assist with meat cutting, trimming, and portioning in accordance with food safety standards
Support packaging operations by preparing products for shipment, labeling, and sealing
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools following strict hygiene protocols
Operate basic mechanical equipment and tools used in meat processing and packaging
Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace for all team members
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications and food safety regulations




Support inventory management by organizing supplies and assisting with stock rotation as needed

Qualifications
Prior experience or interest in the food industry, manufacturing, or meat processing is a plus but not required
Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety standards is highly desirable
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and repetitive motions
Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for operating machinery is advantageous
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
