Specializing in the sale of pre-construction projects, our real estate team is looking for a Marketing Intern who will report to the Marketing Manager and contribute to the lead generation process from start to finish.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to the Marketing Manager Managing social media components of Impact Condo Investments and facilitate the following platforms including but is not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linked-In, and YouTube
Assist the Marketing Manager & Associate in putting together Marketing Presentations, that are consistent with company guidelines and operating plans
Printing out packages for all projects and filling in the corresponding folder




Assist the Marketing Manager with implementing Marketing Initiatives.
Basic knowledge for website development and social media development strategies Assist in extracting Marketing Materials from broker portals and inputting in Google Drive
Be competent with Windows Office Suite, Gmail, Google Suite, Google Ads, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Zoom, and Canva.
Take part in team meetings and appointments when invited
Understand company goals and upcoming projects.
Assist in monitoring current ongoing campaigns across all platforms.
Ongoing knowledge development of new marketing platforms, social media features and online tools
Develop and implement innovative solutions to manager and contribute to sales growth Assist in other ad-hoc projects, as necessary

REQUIRED:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or diploma program in the field of either marketing, design or business

Job Types: Part time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 - 12 months

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
