Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Take and deliver food orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties to support smooth restaurant operations
Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
Manage host responsibilities by seating guests efficiently and handling reservations
Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all utensils, plates, and cookware are sanitized and ready for use




Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Solid communication skills and friendly phone etiquette to interact confidently with guests and team members
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS, is a plus
Customer service skills that prioritize guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Hotel or restaurant experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
