Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Cook food efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices
Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Follow all safety procedures related to cooking equipment, knife handling, and food storage
Collaborate with servers and front-of-house staff to deliver excellent food service experiences




Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a lively, team-oriented kitchen environment

Requirements
Prior food service experience or restaurant experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy pots or trays, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
Basic knowledge of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
A proactive attitude with a passion for the food industry and a desire to develop culinary skills

Pay: $17.60-$25.89 per hour
