Eastgate Medical Centre is looking for a part time or casual Medical Office Asst , who has a versatile schedule(morning, evening and weekends availability).As a Medical Office Assistant,your responsibility is giving administrative support to the physicians and patients.

*Your duties are not limited to:
Creating and updating patients' chart
Booking and confirming patients' appointments
Referral management and worklist
Restocking exam rooms and performing inventory of supplies
Preparing and cleaning exam rooms
Scanning, faxing and indexing of documents
Assisting the physicians in some procedures
Can perform ECG, urine dipstick

Requirements:
Healthquest experience is an asset
Excellent communication
Works well independently and within the team
Ability to multitask and prioritize
MOA Diploma
Knowledge of medical terminology
