CATA Management Ltd. is seeking a Construction Labourer / Junior Equipment Operator to join our growing Earthworks and Civil Construction team in Pemberton, BC.

This position is ideal for someone with construction experience looking to develop their skills in heavy equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with excavation, grading, backfilling, and underground utility installation.
Operate heavy equipment such as, loaders, skid steers and rock trucks as experience allows.
Perform general labour duties, including site preparation and cleanup.
Assist equipment operators and crew members with daily tasks.
Conduct basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
Follow all workplace safety procedures.

Requirements




Previous experience in civil construction or earthworks is an asset.
Some experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
Willingness to learn and develop equipment operating skills.
Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
Valid driver's licence.
