Structural Designer combines technical expertise, and creativity to drive successful design projects and responsible for leading and directing design activities to meet customer and business expectations in cost effective manner. Creating and developing quality packaging designs, specifications, and prototypes to assist sales. Manage timelines and activities for the creative and structural process to meet customer requirements. They must be competent in relevant software.

Key Job Duties:
Develop and optimize cost-effective corrugated design solutions that meet customer expectations.
Provide expert guidance on material choices, ensuring efficiency, package integrity, and performance.
Act as the subject matter expert for structural design software and manage design schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during all design stages and present current designs to customers with Sales Representatives.
Analyze customer needs, production feasibility, industry changes, and packaging innovations.




Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to align packaging designs with branding and messaging.
Create mock-up designs using Esko Artios CAD and Adobe Illustrator.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales design requests, including print specifications and die and print plate costs.
Maintain and update documents, procedures, work instructions, and quality-controlled documentation.
Inspect and maintain tooling, ensuring compliance with production specifications and safety regulations.
Promote and maintain compliance with ISO9001 quality policies and health and safety standards.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
