Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process incoming sales orders with precision and attention to detail
Enter order data accurately into databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure seamless tracking
Verify product availability, pricing, and customer information before confirming orders
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules
Collect and update customer information regularly to support productive communication and record keeping
Generate reports on order status, discrepancies or delays





Skills
Proven office experience with robust administrative skills in a professional setting
Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record keeping
Strong computer skills and accuracy for efficient data entry
