Responsibilities
Conduct flight training sessions for students at various skill levels, from initial instruction to advanced maneuvers




Develop personalized training plans that align with regulatory standards and individual student needs
Assess student performance through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Ensure all training activities comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies
Maintain detailed records of training progress, flight hours, and competency assessments
Supervise and mentor junior instructors and support staff to uphold high training standards
Coordinate with ground operations, maintenance teams, and air traffic control to facilitate smooth flight operations
