Sensible Wellness is a nurse-led clinic in Newton, Surrey, supporting the lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation community. We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to provide general RMT services as an independent contractor, 2–3 days per week.

This role focuses on general massage therapy services. Treating the clinic’s lymphedema clients is not part of the role unless the RMT has MLD certification and is qualified to provide that care. An interest in lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation is welcome.

Qualifications & Requirements
Registered Massage Therapist in valuable standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
MLD training preferred, or willingness to pursue lymphedema-related training
Current CPR or BLS certification




Interest or experience in lymphedema management and cancer rehabilitation
Familiarity with Jane App preferred

Skills
Knowledge of medical terminology, massage therapy, and human anatomy
Strong communication and client service skills
Ability to listen to client feedback and adapt treatments appropriately
Professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
