Main objective:

The main function of the laser machine operator is to operate the machine, load steel sheet, unload parts after cutting, do de-burring as needed, marked the parts, stack them properly, put them in the right place in the inventory with proper identification.

Main functions:
Know how to start/stop the machine
Operate the laser machine, load/unload program from a computer to run the machine
Do tap sot, adjust focal length, tech table
Load steel sheets on the laser, un-load finished parts from the machine after finished cutting
De-burring parts with bad cuts to finish the edge, stack parts properly, identify & store in the rack
Follow the instruction of the supervisors for the work

Qualifications:
Experience operating laser machine – min. 1 year, preferable
Minimum education - secondary completion
Forklift experience an asset
Basic operation of computer – how to find file, work on excel
Organized, punctual, sincere & hard working
Language – English or French valuable, bilingual preferable

La fonction principale de l'opérateur de la machine laser est de faire fonctionner la machine, de charger la tôle d'acier, de décharger les pièces après la coupe, de faire l'ébavurage si nécessaire, de marquer les pièces, de les empiler correctement,



de les mettre au bon endroit dans l'inventaire avec une identification appropriée .

Fonctions principales:
Savoir comment démarrer / arrêter la machine Faire fonctionner la machine laser, charger / décharger le programme à partir d'un ordinateur pour faire fonctionner la machine
Appuyez sur sot, ajustez la distance focale, table technique
Chargez les tôles d'acier sur le laser, déchargez les pièces finies de la machine après la découpe
Ébavurer les pièces avec de mauvaises coupes pour finir le bord, empiler correctement les pièces, identifier et stocker dans le rack
Suivez les instructions des superviseurs pour le travail

Qualifications:
Expérience d'utilisation d'une machine laser - min. 1 an, préférable
Éducation minimale - achèvement du secondaire
Expérience en chariot élévateur, un atout
Fonctionnement de base de l'ordinateur - comment trouver un fichier, travailler sur Excel
Organisé, ponctuel, sincère et travailleur
Langue - anglais ou français, bilingue préférable
