The King Edward Tavern is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our growing kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work alongside and learn in a kitchen with over 85 years of combined culinary experience. We are looking to add passion and expertise to our tavern—and we’re looking for someone ready to learn, grow, and contribute right away.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Stepping into a fast-paced kitchen and contributing immediately
Preparing and executing tavern classics, seafood dishes, and daily features
Learning authentic Eastern European cuisine and traditional techniques
Assisting in the creation of house-made desserts, pies, and baked goods
Maintaining a clean, organized, and effective kitchen workplace
Growing with us as a member of our team and eventually assuming more responsibility

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a professional kitchen (line cook or similar role)




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Availability for peak service times (especially Thurs–Sat)
Passion for food—especially seafood and traditional European cuisine
