Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Gas Station / Cardlock & Convenience Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fuel station (including cardlock system) and convenience store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain safety compliance, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the gas station, cardlock fuel system, and convenience store
Supervise, train, and schedule staff
Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate fuel deliveries
Oversee cardlock system operations, customer accounts, and transaction monitoring
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fuel handling regulations
Manage store inventory, order products, and maintain proper stock levels
Maintain accurate records of sales, fuel transactions, and inventory
Handle cash management, reporting, and reconciliation
Review and resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards




Coordinate maintenance and repairs for fuel equipment and store facilities
Work with vendors and contractors for service and maintenance needs
Ensure store cleanliness, security, and operational efficiency

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in gas station or retail store management
Knowledge of fuel operations and cardlock systems (preferred)
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Basic computer and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with fuel compliance, safety standards, and environmental regulations
Previous experience managing multiple responsibilities in a rapid-paced workplace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
