Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physiotherapist to join our agile healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries or surgeries. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing patients' quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
Provide hands-on therapy including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities to promote healing and restore function.
Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate care plans.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper exercise techniques, and post-treatment care routines.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.




Ensure a secure environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards during all therapy sessions.

Skills
Experience working in private practice setting
Excellent knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy and patient care.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients of all ages.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced clinical environments.
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care with a compassionate approach.
Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and modalities used in modern physiotherapy practices.

A current license to practice physiotherapy in the province of British Columbia is required

Pay: $150,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
