Join our energetic logistics team as a Dispatcher / Loadbooking specialist, where your energy and organizational skills will drive the seamless coordination of freight movements. In this vital role, you’ll manage the scheduling and booking of loads, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal resource utilization. Your proactive approach will keep our supply chain flowing smoothly, supporting our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule freight shipments using transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software to optimize load planning.
Load booking ( MUST)
Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and qualified interactions.
Monitor shipment statuses, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and adjust load plans as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
Analyze freight data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.
Maintain organized documentation of shipping and receiving activities, including logs, reports, and incident records.
ACE / ACI ( Customs Clearance ) -(MUST)





Requirements
Strong understanding of freight operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) coordination.
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and record keeping.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret shipping data and identify process improvements.
Exceptional communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette in a multi-line phone system environment.
Familiarity with DAT , LOADLINK .
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
