Duties
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and fixtures to ensure optimal operation.
Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability.
Help with setup and teardown for events or special projects within the facility.




Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Experience
Proven experience in general maintenance or facilities management is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC maintenance, and carpentry techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions independently.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality.
Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures is essential.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced setting where multitasking is key will set you apart.
Certifications such as EPA refrigerant handling or electrical licenses are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $16.92-$32.15 per hour
