The work

· Maintaining and repairing wood-frame buildings

· Installing and repairing polyurethane deck membranes and coatings

· Rot repair.

· Wall cladding: cedar wall shingles, vinyl siding, and stucco

· Flashing

· General exterior repairs. We need a jack of all trades on exterior work

Two ways to work with usOption

A: Payroll

$35–$38/hr depending on experience

· Full time

· Room to grow into running jobs

· Own truck and tools preferred

Option B: Contract

$50–$55/hr + GST depending on experience

· Must have your own truck and tools

· Must carry your own WorkSafeBC coverage and liability insurance

Who we're looking for

· Hands-on experience with the exterior work listed above: decks, membranes/coatings,



rot repair, cladding, flashing

· Can open up rot, figure out what's needed, and fix it properly

· Does clean, solid work and doesn't need hand-holding
