Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations.
Developing a talent pool of candidate for on-call roles
Review and assess applications, prescreen, and coordinate interviews.
General HR Administration tasks
Communicate effectively and transparently through the hiring process.
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system.

Your strengths include:
Human Resources Degree or diploma combined with 4+ years of experience.
Ability to thrive in a past paced, dynamic, and constantly changing environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
