For 25 years, Advanced Massage Therapy has served Winnipeg across 6 clinic locations. Our Northgate clinic is growing into a multidisciplinary clinic offering Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Acupuncture, and our newest service: Facial Massage!

Join an established team with a steady client base and a full schedule. Our front desk handles bookings, direct billing, marketing, and re-bookings so you can focus on your clients.

Pay & Benefits
$60–$84 per hour: Pay increases with experience and bookings.
Steady Work: Our therapists average 30 booked treatment hours per week.
Employee Status: T4 employee with CPP, EI, and coverage included.

Facial Massage Training: Optional, in-clinic training available to learn our newest service.
Flexible Schedule: Built around your availability, with 2 evening shifts per week and weekend availability.

Job Responsibilities
Assess clients and provide treatments based on their needs.
Offer your preferred massage techniques, such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Cupping,



Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), or Facial Massage.
Share simple home-care tips, stretches, and lifestyle advice.
Work with our growing team alongside Acupuncture and Reflexology practitioners.

Qualifications
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in valuable standing with a Manitoba association.
Graduate of a 2,200-hour massage therapy program with active liability insurance.
Robust communication skills and a caring, team-focused approach.
Extra training in specialized massage techniques is an asset, but not required.
